We always strive hard to reunite you with your lost goods. If you are contacting us over a missing item, please describe the
item and tell us when and where you last seen the item.
To prevent you loosing your favorite jacket or bag we provide a fully staffed Cloak Room. You must always cloak large bags
and jackets. Please note all found items left in public areas may have been removed by staff or security.
Please take care of all valuable items and suggest you do not bring out anything of great value. Cloaked items are given
a tag. We will ask you to present this to collect all belongings so it's important not to loose your Tag.
